Cancare Foundation has proposed an upskilling program for oncology nurses to enhance cancer care in India. This program aims to improve clinical skills, update knowledge on the latest oncology research and treatments, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, strengthen patient-centered care, and increase technological proficiency. The estimated budget is Rs. 6,00,000. This will cover training materials, technology, simulation equipment, and instructor fees.
