Jagan has dedicated many of his formative years immediately after graduation in Kasthurba Gandhi Kanya Gurukulum, a rural women's welfare organization in Vedaranyam, Tamilnadu, contributing to the improvement of women's lives and opportunities in the community. Educated at the Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Coimbatore, Jagan has been deeply influenced by the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi and Swami Vivekananda. After moving to the United States, he has been working as a professional firmware engineer. Jagan strongly believes in empowering individuals to achieve their full potential, guided by the conviction that everyone has the capacity to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Feeling deeply indebted to the society that provided him with the opportunities to excel, Jagan is passionately committed to giving back and fostering positive change in the same society.”

Easwar is a seasoned IT professional with two decades of experience in playing various technical and management roles. Handled multi-million dollar projects spanning with 200+ people team strength. He works in the capacity of a CEO for a Health-care startup. He is the director of Achaani managing project executions in India

In the last two decades Easwar has been involved in various charity engagements and project execution covering education to special kids, running awareness programs, developing under developed schools, serving underserved communities, active volunteer during Covid for helping low income people who are in real need for people who lost jobs and survive during the though times. Has been actively involved in conducting and volunteering for fund raising marathon events in the city. Has excellent skills in planning, program management and financial management of charity programs.

He is personally committed to make positive impact in developing communities through effective and compassionate service. As a director, he bring the experience and passion for serving the community and help guide the organisation towards achieving its mission. He believe in the power of collaboration and look forward to working with fellow board members to create lasting change.

He leverages his extensive expertise to drive innovative solutions and make a positive impact in healthcare services through Achaani.
